• Call TennCare Connect at 855-259-0701 for help such as:

1. Checking the status of your application,
2. Changing your address, updating personal information, or
3. Asking questions about eligibility

• Call BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) at 888-325-8386 if you have questions about medical benefits or to order a replacement card.
• Call DentaQuest at 888-291-3766 if you have questions about dental benefits or to order a replacement card.
• Call the Fraud Hotline toll-free at 1-800-433-3982 to report TennCare Fraud or Abuse.
